David has over 20 years’ experience of corporate transactional work. He graduated from Oxford University in the mid 90s and immediately started his legal career in the ‘Magic Circle’ law firm of Linklaters. David spent ten years at Linklaters and in 2008 became the firm wide Head of Corporate for Kinstellar, opening an office in Belgrade as Managing Partner.
David handles all aspects of corporate transactional work including M&A, joint ventures, private equity, start-ups and restructuring for corporates and HNWIs. He has extensive experience of complex cross border transactions.
David is commercially focussed and is a valued sounding board for decision makers. He prides himself on being solution oriented, has a down to earth style and has been described as ‘being able to speak the client’s language’.
Talia has over 15 years’ experience as a commercial property lawyer. She graduated from Cardiff University in the later 90s and has since worked at highly regarded regional law firms whose commercial property departments have consistently been recognised and recommended in both The Legal 500 and Chambers and Partners.
Talia handles all aspects of non-contentious commercial property. She has particular expertise in complex transactional, development and commercial landlord and tenant work and has extensive experience in out-of-town retail and leisure development and letting.
Talia’s ability to apply her deep technical knowledge within a commercial context makes her a valued and trusted adviser within the industry. She has been described by clients as ‘down-to-earth and approachable, highly commercial and savvy’.
